Ethics & Compliance

Our Priorities

SEA’s commitment to corporate responsibility and integrity defines the work of our ethics and compliance program. This commitment is expressed first in our code of conduct (Business Conduct Guidelines), which is organized around building trust with customers, governments, communities, each other, investors, and representatives. The Standards reflect our culture and values, describe the principles that guide our behavior, and help each of us make good choices and get help when needed.

SEA’s Business Conduct Guidelines and its Ethics and Compliance Program are endorsed by and have the full support of SEA’s Board of Directors. The Board of Directors and management is responsible for overseeing the Ethics and Compliance Program and compliance with the Standards.

SEA’s Business Conduct Guidelines is important to the Company. Violation of the Standards may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Any employee who engages in retaliation or who makes a report that is not in good faith may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

Business Conduct Guidelines

The Standards apply to SEA, its Board of Directors, and all employees, directors, executive officers of SEA.
